You will need to be highly presentable and take on the overall design from concept to client hand over for a variety of hospitality projects.

Sandra Nunnerley Inc. is a leading interior design firm, specializing in the design of high-end residential projects, is seeking an Intern/Junior Architect for employment (summer intern or project based employment) in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We are a small and growing firm that offers full-scope of design services for a variety of residential projects around the world.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with design team to develop sketch up models, plans, elevations, schedules and details.
- Render sketch up views for client presentation.
- Assist the architectural team with the production and organization of design documents, specifically in AutoCad format.
- Coordinate with lighting designer, electrical, HVAC engineers, AV and various consultants.
Requirements:
- A professional degree.
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of professional work experience in a design office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and MS software.
- General knowledge of construction.
- Familiarity with residential architectural and interior details.
- Currently living in the NYC metropolitan area and legally able to work in the US.
