Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant professional architectural design experience.
- Design experience should include the design residential and commercial developments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.

Job responsibilities:

- Demonstrated excellence in 3D building massing conceptualization.
- Applicant must demonstrate computer skills, including proficiency with AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Programs. Revit experience a plus.

TPD is seeking full-time, self-motivated, responsible architects and designers with leadership qualities to join our creative team for the following position: (Salary commensurate with experience).
- Candidates must have a BArch degree and 4-5 years relevant US experience.
- Ability to generate and manage individual projects / renderings.
- Must be able to think like a designer and make design decisions when creating / modifying renderings.
- Ability to work as a contributing team member & be self-motivated.
- Possess good organization and communication skills.
- Excellent, creative presentation and visualization skills.
- Sensitivity for design oriented projects and sustainability issues, as well as great graphic skills.
- Minimum of 4 years experience with construction documents development.
- Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Rhino, AutoCAD Architecture 2012 (including Navigator), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and InDesign.
- Advanced rendering techniques / knowledge (i.e. Mental Ray, Brazil, Maxwell).
- Must have knowledge of AutoCAD LISP and Javascript.
- CAD Manager skills and knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture Tool Creation and Advanced AutoCAD Techniques a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Revit knowledge / skills are a plus but are not required.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
The candidate must have strong and extensive 2D and 3D modeling and rendering experience and display a high degree of self-sufficiency and independence as it relates to the creation / developing of renderings. He/she should be able to work on a project with a team from its inception until its completion with little supervision. In addition, he/she will be self-motivated and possess a quick, alert eye for detail and visual design. Responsibilities include: 2D & 3D concept to presentation Modeling and Rendering (Hand and Computer), computer drafting, coordination with consultants and contractors, materials research, and the design and preparation of construction documents.
