A medium sized, prestigious International Architectural and Interior Design practice specializing in high-end luxury Hospitality and Residential developments is urgently looking to recruit an Interior Designer to join their Hong Kong Office.

Working in a medium sized team, you will enjoy and have the ability to take ownership of projects and run with them from conceptual stage to delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with project team leaders on a variety of project types including hotel, restaurant, residential, and commercial office interiors.
- Assist, collaborate and initiate ideas with the project teams in the design process.
- Produce presentation materials and present designs to clients and other consultants.
- Prepare documentation, conduct construction‐phase activities, follow up with projects site progress.
- Contact clients/consultants/suppliers to coordinate matters of the assigned projects.
- Develop interior design resources (vendors and professional sources).

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in high-end hospitality and residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Sketch Up, Illustrator, Photoshop and hand sketching.
- Three‐dimensional design and planning skills.
- Understanding of construction, materials and methods.
- FF+E knowledge will be a bonus.
- Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
- A team-player, able to meet deadline with accuracy, willing to take initiative and ownership.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
