26/03/2014An award winning design consultancy are currently interested in speaking to Project Architect/Project Manager for an exciting role based in Dubai.
Suitable candidates will be ARB registered, western educated with at least 10 years project experience in mixed use and large scale shopping mall developments.
Previous Middle East experience would be ideal with a background working with high end developers in the region would be an advantage.
You will be in a client facing role, taking on several projects at one time along with team management.

Senior Architect
26/03/2014One of New York's midsize prestigious Architectural firms specializing in hi-rise residential projects, seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Architect with minimum 5 year experience and at least 3 recent residential projects. This position requires excellent techincal/AutoCAD and communication skills.
Candidate must have following qualities:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have excent CAD drafting skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of construction materials and mothods.
- Must have excellent knowledge of NYC Code and Zoning regulations.
- Ability to solve problems and act as a liason between clients and company.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Zoning Analysis.
- Space Planning.
- Construction Document production and detailing.
- Construction Administration.
- FPP, Condo pland, Tax lot drawings and VPP plans.
- As-built documentation and working drawings.
- Meeting with clients/vendors.
- Candidate must be capable of contributing to all phases of design.
