KplusK associates is a young, energetic team of Architects and Designers, established in HK since 1996. The studio creates award winning Residences, Hotels and Masterplanning that engage directly with the issues of sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

KplusK‘s current projects include a 65 Storey residential Complex in Manila, a 16.6 hectare masterplan of a Residential and Hotel resort complex in Sanya, Hainan Island, a new Serviced Apartment tower for Wanchai, a sustainable resort complex in Cebu, Philippines, a Commercial and Hotel tower complex in Shanghai (50,000 sqm), 4 further Iconic and Boutique Hotels in Hong Kong and China. These projects create the platform for KplusK to engage in enduring and subliminal Contemporary Architecture across the Asia-Pacific region.

We require a personable and energetic interior designer with excellent design and implementation skills. Degree graduates with 5 years professional experience should apply. 2D AutoCAD & Sketch-up software expertise required. Maxwell would also be advantageous. Direct project experience in Hospitality and Residential Design will be beneficial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
