Loguer Design is a global design team creating public spaces, museums, iconic residences, yachts, aviation and, objects. We are currently expanding both the architectural staff and administrative staff in our Miami office which specializes in high-end residential, super yacht interiors and, aviation interiors.

We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Junior Designer. Qualifications of a successful candidate include:

- Minimum 5 year Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university.
- 1-4 years’ experience post-graduation. Preferably experience in luxury residential in South Florida.
- The ability to develop concise construction documents to a very high level of detail is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills, preferably in both English and Spanish.
- Be able to work independently to produce graphic presentations for clients.
- Extremely proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and, SketchUp.
- Assist project managers with all project related tasks.
- Capacity to juggle multiple and changing priorities in a very fast paced environment while also ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Capable of sourcing and specifying various elements of a project including lighting, plumbing, finishes, hardware and furniture.
- Present yourself in a polished and professional manner at all times.
- Able to work in The US. We will not sponsor visas.

This is an exciting time at HAP Architects, following a succession of appointments we are expanding and are seeking an ambitious Senior Architect with a proven track record in delivering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the UK, design flair with an eye for detail and extensive knowledge of both planning and building control legislation. Experience in Residential projects at all work stages is essential and the use of ArchiCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign is preferable.
