Responsibilities – Work as key part of design team on all phases of project development from planning and concept design through design and construction documents for high-profile transportation and infrastructure projects.
The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture.
- License: NYS or NJ Architectural Registration.
- Experience: 5-12 years relevant professional experience.
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills.
- Design Skills: Strong design, 3D presentation, production and technical skills.
- Organizational Skills: Focused, articulate, well organized, and detail- oriented.
- Software: Proficiency with MicroStation and ACAD/Revit and familiarity with other 3D software.
- Working knowledge of NYC Building code and LEED.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Work samples limited to 10 pages and 5 mgs.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years relevant work experience producing 3D visuals
Proficient in 3DSMax, VRay and AutoCAD.
- Prior experience at an interior design firm is not necessary.
- Keen eye for detail and proven ability to produce high quality images.
- Capable of clearly translating a mood and design through the use of good lighting and realistic interpretation of color, material and lighting.
- Excellent time management, must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to clearly communicate.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
