Project Architect
13/06/2014Bentley Architects + Engineers, Inc. is searching for an experienced Architectural candidate to lead and manage design and production activities in our Architectural department.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience preferably in the design and development of contract documents for commercial projects within both the public and private sectors. Experience with renovation and alteration projects would be a plus. Architectural License/Registration is required.
Applicants should have substantial experience in completed retail projects, municipal projects, client management skills, and leadership skills. Successful candidates will have the ability to work with corporate clients, be capable of managing architectural production staff in the production of multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated attention to detail, be a team player, and the ability to develop plans. Good communication skills, especially the ability to produce written documentation and participate in verbal presentations, are also desirable.
Requirements:
- Registered Architect.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch.) preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Revit Experience preferred but not required.

- Relocation will not be considered at this time.
- Candidate must have US work Authorization.

12/06/2014Well-established midsize NYC architectural firm seeks talented intermediate architect with 7+years work experience. The firm is currently working on a number of diverse projects types including institutional, educational and sports related projects.
Skills and qualifications:
- Professional degree.
- Successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS and Office Suite is required. Familiarity with Revit a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on all phases of a project.
- The ability to work with short time frames and meet deadlines a must.
- Experience in sustainable design is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the US mandatory.
