With a strong focus in Retail, Mixed-use developments and large-scale Hospitality projects, our client’s presence spans across the Asia Pacific. You must have:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Architectural projects and experience in handling large-scale complex projects.
- Have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Strong conceptual thinkers who have a rigorous attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit & Sketch-up. Ability to freehand sketch is a strong advantage.
Job scope:
- Work with Directors to lead the project team in Retail, Commercial and Hospitality projects.
- Conceptualize unique designs for large scale developments and manage the project through to the execution.
- Methodically progress from design development to final detailed drawings in preparation for tender.
- Work closely with the visualization team to present realistic 3D visuals to clients.
- Liaise effectively with consultants and clients to handle projects in a timely schedule.
- Ensure excellent end results through effective project management with builders and consultants.

The successful candidate will have excellent BIM Level 2 capability using Autodesk Revit. The role will involve supporting senior staff and also running/managing individual packages within projects. This includes preparing parametric BIM Level 2 Revit elements and managing building data exchange between Revit and Excel.
A proven track record in the production of 3D rendered visualisations is also required and the role will include preparing files and managing the 3D printing process.
Experience of the high-end residential sector is essential along with knowledge of high quality materials and detailing.
