16/06/2014This highly progressive commercial practice is experiencing a major increase in their workload and urgently seeks talented and personable Microstation 2D & 3D literate Architects to join their rapidly expanding Studio in central London.
They are busy working on a huge range of UK and internationally based large-scale projects which urgently require a number of new project team members to assist the current team.
To be considered you must possess sound Microstation 2D & 3D skills and if you are a competent user of Rhino this would be a major advantage.
This is a permanent role working for one of the emerging major players within the London architectural scene!

Design Architect
14/06/2014Based in New York City, Studio Link-Arc, LLC is an international team of architects and designers that collaborates across disciplines in order to work in multiple fields, including: urbanism, architecture, exhibition design, and the design of digital environments. Currently engaged in the design of the China Pavilion for the 2015 Milan Expo, other on-going projects include: a private clubhouse and gallery, an archive library, two master plan commissions, and a European furniture installation and exhibition.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are talented designers with strong leadership qualities. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be extremely organized, with a good work ethic and the ability to multi-task. Applicants should be thorough and detail-oriented, with ability to oversee multiple short- and long-term tasks through to completion with minimal supervision. Salary commensurate with experience.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in the architectural design profession, ideally at prominent offices.
- Extensive knowledge in the preparation of design development and construction documents.
- Exceptional design skills and contemporary design sensibilities.
- Proficiency in Auto-CAD, Rhino (modeling, rendering), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Degree from an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program.
- Applicants who have worked at small to medium avant-garde design studios on medium to large scale projects will receive favorable review.
- Proficiency in English AND Mandarin strongly preferred.
