Conservation Architect

We are looking to appoint a project architect, experienced in conservation and historic building work and with good technical knowledge, design and managerial skills.
Our medium-sized practice has a range of interesting projects mainly involving listed buildings.
AABC or RIBA conservation registration desirable.
Early availability would be helpful.
Salary by negotiation and based on skills and experience.

Imagination, flair, an eye for detail and speed of thought are important for working with Inkmason. Excellent knowledge of fine arts, suppliers, materials and fabrics is essential. We look for people with a wide range of skills who will thrive on a varied workload. Candidates must demonstrate project lead experience within a high-profile studio.
Strong hand drawing ability is vital but candidates should also be fully conversant in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign (3D rendering capabilities essential). Applicants must possess a minimum of an Interior Design/Architecture BA degree. Work Visa and international standard health insurance are provided. Immediate start available.
