Street-Works Studio is a mixed-use urban planning & architecture group that focuses on creating retail-driven place-based environments. We are currently seeking an architect with strengths in vertical design, hand-drawing and a proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, InDesign & Sketch-Up platforms.
We are located in Port Chester, NY two blocks from the Metro North train station.

Senior Architect
30/04/2014DEUX Projects – an international construction firm based in Lagos/Nigeria – is seeking for the overseas expansion of our architectural design team a Senior architect (8+ years experience) for our Design development and Detailing work of ongoing projects. Suitable candidate will work closely with our German Head architect and must have prior experience working independently on high-profile projects in an international environment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Creative Design development and customized Detail planning on ongoing Design & built projects (in collaboration with international architectural design firms).
- Ability to establish an office structure and lead a small team in Berlin.
- Ready to be temporary located in Lagos/Nigeria.
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Architecture.
- Proven professional work experience (8+ years) in design development, detailing and construction.
- Relevant experience on large scale projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent job experience in using AutoCAD. Revit and Sketch-up skills desirable.
- Ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other architects, technical coordinator and consultants.
- Candidate with existing office structure desirable.
