Ayers Saint Gross Architects is seeking a creative design professional with 3+ years of experience, who has preferably worked on College and University projects. The candidate must have prior experience working in an Architecture or Interior Design office and a degree from an accredited design school is required.

This individual will specialize in interior spaces. As we work within architectural teams, a mid-level or better working knowledge of Revit is required. Technical ability in the Adobe suite, Sketch-up and Rhino preferred. Knowledge of various base building materials and application is desired. The candidate should have a familiarity with construction documents and ideally would have basic knowledge of interior code requirements. Responsibilities will include shaping interior spaces; base building finish selections; creating finish schedules for construction documents; interior detailing, including millwork detailing; interior elevations, finish plans and reflected ceiling plans. Furniture selection experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, listen/take detailed notes, with strong communication and collaboration skills. This person should be organized, efficient and detail-oriented. Initiative to follow through with pending items, anticipating questions, and creating solutions is strongly encouraged. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to design and a willingness to contribute ideas.
