We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architect for our London office.
The candidate is required to have:
- arb registration;
- a minimum of five years post Part III experience;
- project running capability;
- experience with designing affordable and private housing in the UK;
- knowledge and understanding of UK planning policy;
- good comprehension of the UK Building Regulations;
- excellent presentation skills;
- good ArchiCAD skills or an ability to learn new software quickly;
- good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & InDesign

- excellent time management skills;
- strong design skills;
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes;
- the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines;
- excellent communication skills.

The firm has an immediate need for a dynamic Interior Architect and/or Interior Designer, 2-5 years of experience, that can make immediate contributions on a variety of hospitality projects. This role will require concept generation, hand sketches, design development, brand identity, ff&e selection, scheduling, producing drawings, coordinating with consultants, acting as a client liaison, should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, the Adobe CS Suite and Microsoft Office and the ability to render in 3D Max/Viz, Grasshopper or Rhino... In general, we are looking for a dynamic individual with great communication skills, strong organizational abilities and the ability to effectively deliver unique and creative spaces within defined budgets. The firm has a non-hierarchal environment that allows for growth and responsibility that typically are not available within larger firms in the same niche.
