Fantastic boutique retail and hospitality design firm is expanding it's retail studio and has several immediate, permanent needs for Project Designers and Architects. Client base is a long list of high end boutique brands and luxury apparel lines.
We are searching for a Designerr with a successful track record managing all phases of retail projects, including initial set up, design and construction administration. The main focus of this role will be to create unique environments that blend seamlessly with brand identity. You must be able to think not only in terms of architecture but conceptually within the brand itself.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and 6-12 years of professional experience wit with emphasis on concept and brand design. The candidate must have exposure to the full project lifecycle and experience managing project teams effectively. The candidate must also possess stellar communication skills, presentation and the ability to translate client vision into form.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with projected annual salary of $75-$95k, 100% paid benefits, with vacation+holiday and bonus potential.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience and demonstrated proficiency in all design phases with experience in construction administration.
- Experience organizing & assembling construction documents; proven technical skills in detailing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors; experience coordinating work of consulting engineers.
- Experience working in New York City or other comparable metropolitan environment.
- Technically skilled; experience using 3-D modeling software; BIM proficiency desired.
- Strong communication, organizational and collaborative skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
- BArch or MArch. Architectural license preferred; LEED accreditation a plus.
