Sawyer|Berson Architecture & Landscape Architecture, LLP, a dynamic NYC design-driven 20+ person firm seeks highly motivated, skilled Landscape Architect for high-end residential projects. This is a Mid-Level position pending qualifications. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suites (esp. Photoshop), as well as Presentation Drawing experience. In addition to digital and traditional graphics experience, Study Model Construction and Knowledge of Plant Materials for the New York City area (plant hardiness zones 6 and 7) is desired. The candidate shall have prior experience in preparing complete construction drawing packages, and experience managing projects from design inception through to construction completion.

Other requirements include: a thorough appreciation of both modern and traditional design, an understanding of both landscape architecture and architecture, strong hand drawing and graphic skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and ability to work as part of a project team.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 plus years’ experience.

Education Requirements: Master's in Landscape Architecture. Joint landscape and architecture degrees welcome.

Required qualifications:

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.

- Digital fabrication tools: 3D printing, laser cutting and cnc processes.

- Currently residing in and able to legally work in the US.

Preferred qualifications:

- ArchiCAD, Maya Modeling, Grasshopper and After Effects.
- At least one to two years of experience.
