Specialist award winning practice who work across many sectors delivering projects for regeneration, residential, urban design and mixed use projects are currently working on a number of large residential/mixed use schemes in the London area. Due to practice growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit several Architects to work on new schemes for a range of key clients including high density urban housing and regeneration projects. You will be responsible for managing project delivery on a day-to-day basis and should have demonstrable experience of pre- and post-planning stage projects.

Skills & experience:

- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and drawing.
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team with a detailed knowledge of UK residential design standards and statutory requirements with evidence of their application on projects.
- Excellent working knowledge of CAD systems, AutoCAD.
- The candidate must be a team player, with excellent communication skills and able to work to tight deadlines!

Our client is one of the world's leading architecture firms with a focus on extremely complex and high profile projects throughout the world. They are seeking an Architectural Designer to immediately take the lead on several "smaller" projects, under 100ksqft, and/or fit under a Design Principal to autonomously run a significant portion of signature projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor of Architecture, 5 years of professional experience working within top flight design firms in NYC on international towers and complex civic work. You must have a strong focus and skill set within conceptual, design development, programming, sustainable strategies and the ability to bring challenging and complex ideas into viable structures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Catia, 3Ds Max, and other modeling and rendering software are needed.
