Carroll Partners are looking for a talented UK qualified Design Architect with current ARB membership status to join our Practice of Architects and Surveyors in South Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of projects, including residential/mixed use developments, large country houses, commercial B1/B8 sites, barn conversions, house re-modelling and brown field redevelopments - from concept design through to completion.
Candidates will need to demonstrate strong conceptual design flair and good client communication skills. The proven ability to manage and deliver large and small projects on time and to a budget would be an advantage.
The candidate should be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and visualisation software, including Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite. Hand sketching and rendering skills would also be advantageous. The role will include visiting clients and attending meetings throughout the South East, therefore you will need to have a clean valid driving license and car. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress within the firm to a senior position.

Bogue Trondowski Architect PLLC is an architecture firm specializing in residential and commercial spaces in the New York City with limited projects outside of the tri-state area including international work. We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time position in our office. Candidates should have a professional M-Arch degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
This position will involve working closely with clients, consultants and contractors on multiple projects in various stages. The person hired will be able to be a part of the project from Schematic Design through Contract Administration.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, clients and consultants.
- Strong design skills.
- AutoCAD skills, with office experience creating and drafting construction documents.
- Knowledge of 2D presentation software (Photoshop) (and Illustrator, InDesign although not required).
- 3D modeling ability (Sketch-up) (and Rhino although not required).
- The ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing, construction and code standards.
- The ability to multitask and work towards multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of construction documents (with very limited drafting).
- Ability to quickly develop hand sketched details.
- Review and coordination of construction documents.
- Preparation of presentation materials.
- Product specifications research.
- Exploration of design options for multiple projects.
- Contract administration.
