Intermediate Architect
04/07/2014High-end, custom residential firm seeks energetic and experienced Architect. Applicant should have 6-8 years of work experience with classical detailing in residential construction a must. B. Arch or M. Arch required. Registered or in progress is desired.
The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong AutoCAD capabilities, excellent freehand sketching ability and experience with traditional/classical detailing. Must have experience with production of schematic, design development and construction documents and shop drawings for residential construction. Intermediate Architectural Designer
04/07/2014San Francisco based award winning firm seeks motivated, detail oriented Intermediate Architectural Designer with excellent design, technical, organizational, and communication skills (graphic, written, and verbal). Responsibilities include assisting project architects from initial design concept through construction administration on larger projects and managing specific portions of projects.

- 3 to 5 years experience in an architectural office.
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
- A demonstrated ability to independently produce smaller projects packages is required. Understanding of current building codes and approvals process and ability to effectively coordinate details with in-house team and consultants a must. Must have command of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite. Multi-family residential experience preferred. Wit and a sense of humor appreciated.
