You will work on high end residential, luxury retail, hospitality projects in London and be responsible for overseeing the project progress from its inception to completion with full client contact.

Candidates must have previous experience of running luxury residential projects through all RIBA stages including Contract Administration. Vectorworks is preferred with experience with design software including Rhino or SketchUp, advantageous. We are looking for candidates with strong experience of design led projects and are looking for very bold modern designs experience!

Requirements:

- High End Residential project running experience.
- Strong Design ethos with bold modern design.
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team.
- Experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional).

Qualifications and personal qualities:

- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate, self-motivated and a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and able to work to tight deadlines.

Founded in Alexandria, VA in 2011 by Paul Beckmann with a goal to build a studio with passion for design and the creative process, Beckmann Architects is a quickly growing practice with a reputation of exceptionally creative design solutions.

Candidates for the Senior Designer position must exhibit a strong creativity and a skillful design vocabulary, as well as an ability to lead an energetic, fast-paced creative process to develop innovative design solutions. All candidates must have well-rounded experience in architecture, with particular focus on design from programming to material selection and detailing. Strong graphic and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment, are also critical.

Specific qualifications involve:
