We are keen to hear from committed, design motivated architects who have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, who can demonstrate a proven track record in the ability to manage £4-5 million projects with limited supervision to a high level of design excellence.

The successful candidate will be able to write and compile stage reports to a high standard, demonstrate an ability to manage a project team and be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and preferably Sketchup.

The selected Project Architect should be permanently resident within a thirty five mile radius of the Samlesbury office and have their own car.
