- Minimum of 5 to 7 years high-end architectural design experience (retail and residential).
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and client expectations a must.
- Experience organizing and assembling construction documents; proven technical skills in detailing.
- Must be proficient in putting together sets of drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors; experience coordinating work of consulting engineers.
- Computer/programs proficency.
Compensation commensurate with qualifications.

- Proven track record of working on design to construction stages of Retail or Cultural or Hospitality projects.
- Strong design skills.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong communication skills, commitment, reliability and team spirit.
- A conscientious attitude towards details.
- Bilingual Chinese English is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of common design and layout software. Microstation is an advantage.
