S+D is currently undertaking a diverse range of new projects, including ground-up construction, commercial renovations, creative workplaces, and custom residences.

Candidates must have demonstrated proficiency in conceptual design, design presentation, and construction documentation. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have permanent residence status.

This is an established architectural practise leading the way in the Far East. They require an experienced Senior Architect to work on a range of dynamic mixed-use developments in China and Hong Kong.

For this Senior Architect role you will be RIBA Part III or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years post Part III experience. Frequent travelling will be required.

For this Senior Architect position you will be skilled in both project design and management.

You will be a highly motivated individual with strong presentation and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred and Mandarin would be an advantage.
