SB Architects is a well established firm with both domestic and international projects in residential, urban mixed-use, hospitality and resort buildings. This position will be supporting the Project Architect in development of project documents & directing additional team members for large scale residential & hospitality projects. Additional tasks will be ongoing knowledge of building codes, methods of construction.

- 5-8 Years Experience.
- Talented people working towards licensure are highly desirable.
- Potential candidates must have strong technical skills with an eye towards design, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to support projects working both alone and in teams.
- Candidates must have strong Auto CAD skills and knowledge document development, technical detailing & building codes.
- Experience in medium to large scale residential, mixed-use, and/or hospitality projects is required.

BIM Champion

In conjunction with our requirement for Project Architects, CJCT are seeking a talented individual to engage with our people and to input into and undertake a pivotal role in the implementation and development of our studio BIM strategy. This role would be complimentary to the advertised Project Architect role.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years post Part 3 experience and have an excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and also be able to present ideas and concepts graphically using current industry standard tools.
