The Intermediate Designer will be involved in Primary, Secondary and Higher Education and other project types. Project scope ranges in scale and construction type and varies from new construction through interior renovation.

Job responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Principal responsible for the individual market sector, the Intermediate Designer must have experience with developing designs, design presentations, schematic layouts, construction documentation, detailing (interior and core/shell) and consultant coordination.
- Experience in leading project design assignments at small and large scales, International projects a plus.

Key skills:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant project experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is required. BIM/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, Rhino, Sketch-up, InDesign and other related design software.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
