Creativity is a must; you will be highly imaginative and have the ability to generate new ideas and interpretations. You must be self-motivated and have extensive experience driving design direction and leading a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing design concepts from scratch.
- Clearly presenting concepts to Design Directors, Clients, and Operators.
- Provide design direction and management of the projects including manpower scheduling, projections and profitability.
- Efficiently manage several project simultaneously.
- Liaison between clients and operators.
- Project management and design team management.
- Monitor the work according to Interior Design contract of project(s)ю
- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers.
- Coordination of site handover and monitor fitting-out progress.
- Provide technical drafting support, whenever required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
- Must have strong organization, time management, and people skills.
- Must be self motivated and able to hit the ground running.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must.
- Willing to travel.
- Immediate available is preferred.

Candidate to have a degree in interior design or architecture with 5 years of experience in design. Must have an aesthetic view and work experience showing refinement and worldliness of design in modern interiors. Also must have some knowledge of the history of design, furniture, modern antiques, architecture and working with clients.
Ability in the following aspects:
- Manage multiple projects.
- Prepare furniture layouts and plans.
- Custom furniture drawings.
- Create and manage furniture budgets, purchase orders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- AutoCAD and Adobe experience to a high level.
- Work collaboratively.
- Experience with clients.
