We currently have an opening in our Warren, New Jersey office for a leader to grow a successful group of architecturial professionals working on projects nationwide.
The Senior Architect / Project Manager position requires a minimum of eight years experience including senior level professional competence and Acad/Revit/BIM experience. Senior project management (MS Project) combined with superior client communication skills provide project leadership for multi-site programs and client accounts. Team management skills include site investigation, due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, design, construction documents, technical specifications, administration and certification. Experience working on projects in New York City is preferred, applicants should also have strong ADA experience.
Minimum professional standards include bachelor of architecture (or equivalent) – LEED accreditation and professional registration preferred.
Allison Pike are an architectural and interior design practice based in Disley, Greater Manchester. We have a growing workload in the hospitality and leisure sectors with particular emphasis on hotels and leisure accommodation. We pride ourselves on a high quality responsive and personal service and much of our work is repeat business.
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented architects and technologists with around 5 years relevant UK experience to join our team. Our workload ranges across newbuild through refurbishment to interior fit out schemes.
