Intermediate Architect
16/04/2014Bull Stockwell Allen is looking for an intermediate architect with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in San Francisco. You would be working as part of a collaborative team on the design and planning of hospitality, mountain resort, recreation, commercial and tenant improvement as well as community projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong design and documentation skills. You will bring the ability to contribute to projects through the various stages of programming, planning and construction.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize REVIT to produce conceptual documents and presentations as well as complete sets of construction drawings.
- Work independently and with team members to problem solve design issues creatively and completely.
Qualifications + skills required:
- 3-5 years of experience after College/University.
- A bachelors or masters of architecture is required.
- Exceptional design skills.
- Advanced REVIT skills preferred.
- LEED accreditation a plus.
- Knowledge of type I through V construction.
- Proven interpersonal skills with team members, consultants and clients.

Experienced Architect
16/04/2014Box Architects is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Architect and/or Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), with a minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience for our City Centre Leeds office.
Specialising in residential, retail, education and commercial projects, Box Architects has a wealth of experience in finding commercially viable, innovative and creative solutions to complex architectural briefs. Committed to the highest standards and levels of quality we have built a reputation for consistently delivering a quality service on time, every time. For this reason we have developed a portfolio of repeat business clients many of which we have consistently worked with for several years.
You will require the experience to produce tender and construction drawing packages and have an understanding of traditional construction methods and materials. It is essential that you are also proficient in both Revit and AutoCAD and have a good knowledge of current UK building regulations.
It is an advantage to have an understanding of the Code for Sustainable Homes, but not essential.
We run a fast-paced environment, where you will often be expected to work on a number of projects simultaneously, some of which will be based in Leeds and others in London and around the country. You will be required to have your own transportation and a full driving licence.
