DXA studio is looking for the following candidates:
- Junior designers (1-3 years experience).
- Intermediate designers/architects (4-7 years experience).
- Senior architects with project management experience (8+ years experience).
Candidates for all positions should have the following qualifications:
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Vray, Maxwell, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
- Ability to contribute to an energetic, fast-paced creative process to develop innovative design solutions.
- Flexibility to move in between multiple deadlines as needed.
- Experience in construction document preparation.
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.
Candidates for project manager should have the following additional qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Team leadership skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction document detailing.
- Experience with building code and zoning review.
- Experience with NYC DoB approval process a plus.
- Experience with construction administration.

The position:
A unique opportunity exists for a graduate landscape designer or landscape architect with one to two years experience. The candidate should be a talented and motivated individual who excels at working in a team environment and embraces the challenges that arise from working on an array of projects.
The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passionate interest in all aspects of design.
