Manhattan based high-end architecture and interior design firm seeks an architect with 3 to 5 years of NYC residential design and project management experience.

Qualifications:

- BArch or MArch equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in managing NYC high-end residential design projects; an interest in interior design and working knowledge of NYC Building Department procedures would be a plus.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, and be able to produce CDs independently; and
- Strong and effective communication skills.
