H3 is seeking a Project Architect to join our Manhattan office. Working closely with the Partners, you will lead Project Teams through all phases of projects. Tasks include maintaining and updating the Revit model through all phases of projects, and managing the documentation and coordination process, with particular emphasis on construction documents, technical detailing, and construction administration. You will also assist with developing technical and material standards for projects throughout the office.
Requirements:
- Desire to work on exciting public and private projects for cultural and institutional clients in New York City and nationwide.
- 10-15 Years experience designing, managing, preparing construction documents, and construction administration for projects greater than $10M.
- Licensed architect.
- Minimum institutional and commercial experience; performing arts experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive experience leading a large consultant team including MEPF, structural, civil and specialty consultants.
- Extensive project coordination experience.
- Extensive detailing and materials knowledge.
- Field experience.
- Autodesk Revit experience preferred.
